And He is the One Who produced gardens of trellised and without trellised, and date palms and field crops with a difference for eating, as well as olives and pomegranates resembling and not resembling; you eat His fruit when they ripen, and you give His due on the harvesting day, and you shouldn't be extravagant, indeed He doesn’t love the extravagant.
Lord produces the trellised garden such as grapes, bitter gourd, snake gourd, vanilla, broad beans, soybean, pepper, etc. and gardens of green gram, cucumber, etc. and gardens of the stalk and stems trees like ladies finger, eggplant, beans, chilly and the field crops like paddy, wheat, maize, etc. It is told in verses 36: 34-35: "Lord has made the garden of date palm and grape; He has delivered streams in it for mankind to eat the fruits". Lord of the universe has created edible things with various tastes and contents. Edible things include olive, mangosteen, different kinds of mangoes, jackfruit, custard apples, oranges, apples, kiwi, pineapple, lychee, bananas, plums, apricot, cashew nut, avocado, strawberry, and cherry which are resembling and not resembling. Lord commands mankind to give His due to the orphans, poor, and needy on the day of harvesting the fruits, vegetables, cereals, or any other cultivation.
The Fujjar who are reading these verses without understanding their content does not give Lord’s due to the deserving people. By rejecting Adhikr they have become extravagant, spendthrifts, and the inmates of Fire from mankind. The aimful odd believer does and promotes organic cultivation and planting trees which is beneficial for the entire creatures of the Lord since He is the vicegerent of the Believer Lord. Such a believer is only serving Lord as explained in verse 1: 4. "You should not be extravagant" told in verse means one shouldn't use the crops for his family's and his need only without giving the portion to the deserved people forgetting that Lord is the One who produces all the crops. One should remember that all the favors and blessings are bestowed by the Owner Lord, and if one is not living in that awareness, he will become the transgressors and wrongdoers as explained in verses 18: 32-44.
Through verses 68: 17-32 Lord explains His trial upon some persons who want to harvest their crops secretly without knowing the poor and needy for not to give them any portion from it. While they entered their garden, they saw the crops just like harvested. They lost all and wailed. It was a punishment for them due to their selfishness. See explanation 2: 99, 266-268; 3: 92, and 6: 99.
